Important Support Guidelines

Provide complete information

Always provide the product/module name, business name, client ID or phone number, and a clear explanation of the issue.

Show the issue

Whenever possible, attach a screenshot or screen recording.

One issue = One ticket

Please avoid creating multiple tickets for the same issue. If multiple tickets are submitted for the same issue, our support team will handle them based on their priority.

Urgent Issues

If your issue is top urgent/critical, please contact the ChiOX Support Hotline to request priority attention rather than creating multiple tickets.

Allow time for investigation

Tickets are generally reviewed and responded to within 24 hours. The actual resolution time can vary depending on the complexity and priority of the issue.

Finally, Check Your Email & Support System
