How to Config HR1919

Overview

HR1919 is an all-in-one Human Resource Management System (HRMS) designed to streamline organizational workflows. It serves as a centralized hub for managing the entire employee lifecycle from onboarding and daily attendance to payroll processing and offboarding.

The platform is built to be modular, allowing companies to customize features like biometric fingerprint integration, geo-fenced attendance via Google Maps, and automated financial reporting. By automating administrative tasks, HR1919 helps businesses reduce manual errors and focus on talent development.

The Settings module is the "brain" of the HR1919 system. This is where administrators define the rules, branding, and technical integrations that govern how the rest of the application behaves.

To access and navigate the Settings area, follow these steps:

Before you can configure the system, you must access the administrative backend.

  1. Login: Sign in to your HR1919 portal using Administrator or Manager credentials. Standard employee accounts usually do not have access to these configurations.

  2. Locate the Sidebar: On the left-hand side of the dashboard, you will see a vertical navigation menu.

  3. Find the Gear Icon: Scroll toward the bottom of the list until you see the Settings option (represented by a gear ⚙️ icon).

  4. Open Company Settings: Clicking "Settings" will expand a submenu. Select Company Settings (the first option in that list).

  5. Verify the Breadcrumb: Look at the top of the main window; it should display Dashboard > Settings > Company Settings to confirm you are in the right place.

1. The Primary Sidebar

On the left-hand side of your screen, you will see a vertical navigation bar. This contains all major modules (Employees, Payroll, Leaves, etc.).

2. Accessing Company Settings

Clicking the "Settings" tab will open a secondary menu or a direct link to the configuration area.

3. Using the Breadcrumb Navigation

Once inside, you can track your location using the Breadcrumb trail located just below the page title ("Company Settings").

4. Switching Between Tabs

The settings are organized into Horizontal Tabs to prevent information overload.

5. Global Action Buttons

In the top right corner of the Settings pane, you will find three "Global" buttons that remain visible regardless of which tab you are in:
