Managing support tickets efficiently ensures that your issues are resolved in a timely manner. Follow these steps to review and respond to your support tickets effectively.
Click on the "Log In" button located at the top right corner of the page.
Enter your username and password to access your account.
Once logged in, go to the "My Tickets" section.
This section is typically found in the user dashboard or under your account settings.

In the "My Tickets" section, you will find a list of all submitted tickets.
Click on the specific ticket you wish to review.
Within the selected ticket, you can view all associated replies and updates.
Replies from both you and the support team will be listed chronologically for easy tracking.
Carefully read the support team's reply to understand the assistance provided.
If the response addresses your issue satisfactorily, you can proceed to close the ticket.


If the issue is resolved, you can close the ticket by selecting the "Mark as solved" option.
This option may be available within the ticket details or in the ticket list view.
Following these steps will ensure a smooth experience when managing your support tickets, leading to a more efficient resolution of your concerns.
