When printing from a web browser, you can adjust various settings in the print preview window to ensure proper formatting.
Press the print button to open the print dialogue.
A preview of the document will appear.
In the print settings window, find the Paper Size dropdown.
Select the appropriate paper size (e.g., A4, Letter, or a custom size).

Look for the Margins option in the print settings.
Choose between Default, None, Minimum, or Custom to adjust the white space around your content.

Find the Scale option in the print settings.
To shrink content to fit the page, select Fit to Page.
To print at a specific size, manually enter a percentage (e.g., 80% to reduce, 120% to enlarge).

Uncheck the Headers and Footers option to remove extra text (like page numbers and URLs).
Keep it checked if you need these details on your printout.
Some browsers offer a Quality setting to choose between Draft, Normal, or High print quality.

If you need a digital copy, select Save as PDF.
To print, select the correct printer and click Print.
