Follow the instructions below to add products, product categories, and units to the system. You can also edit or delete any existing information as required.
Step 1: Go to the Item Brands section in the product module.
Step 2: Click the Add Brand button. You can also import a bulk list by clicking Import Brand, downloading the sample file, filling it out, and then uploading it. After uploading, click Import.


Step 3: Enter the Brand Name, upload an image (if available), and click Submit.

Step 2: Click the Add Product Category button. You can also import a bulk list by clicking Import Product Category, downloading the sample file, filling it out, and uploading it. After uploading, click Import.


Step 3: Enter the Product Category Name, upload an image (if available), and click Submit.

Step 1: Go to the Item Product Units section in the product module.
Step 2: Click the Add Product Units button. You can also import a bulk list by clicking Import Product Units, downloading the sample file, filling it out, and uploading it. After uploading, click Import.


Step 3: Enter the Product Units and Unit Code Name, upload an image (if available), and click Submit.

Step 1: To edit or delete a product, click the Action button next to the product. Choose Edit or Delete.
Step 2: If editing, update the required information and click Submit.

Warning: Deleting a product will permanently remove it from the system. Make sure to double-check before confirming deletion.
Note: You can import bulk lists for brands, categories, and units, which is especially helpful when adding a large amount of data. Ensure the files are filled out correctly to avoid errors during upload.
