This guide explains how to add and remove promotional prices in the CloudMA POS system. Promotional prices help attract customers and increase sales, while removing them ensures regular pricing is restored after the promotional period.
From the Dashboard, navigate to the Product Module.
Use the Search Bar to find the product you want to add a promotion to.
Click on the Action button and select Edit Product.
Scroll down and tick the checkbox forAdd Promotional Price.
Fill in the following fields:
Promotional Price - Enter the discounted price.
Promotion Starts - Set the start date.
Promotion Ends - Set the end date.
Click Save Edit Product to CloudMA POS Bucket to apply the promotional price.
From the Dashboard, navigate to the Product Module.
Use the Search Bar search the product with the promotional price.
Click on the Action button and select Edit Product.
Scroll down and untick the checkbox for Add Promotional Price.
Click Save Edit Product to CloudMA POS Bucket to update the product and remove the promotional price.
Ensure you enter the correct start and end date for promotional pricing to avoid incorrect pricing.
Removing a promotion will immediately restore the product to its regular price
