How to Add a Transfer in CloudMA POS

The Branch Transfer feature in CloudMA POS allows you to move stock from one warehouse or branch to another. Follow these steps to add a transfer successfully.

Steps to Add a Transfer

1. Navigate to the Transfer Module

From the Dashboard, go to the Transfer Module and click on Branch Transfer.

2. Select Transfer Details

Choose the following details:

Search and select the product that needs to be transferred.

4. Enter Transfer Quantity

Specify the quantity to be transferred. The system will display available stock quantity.

5. Attach a Document (Optional)

If required, attach a supporting document related to the transfer.

6. Review Transfer Details

Check the entered details, including stock quantity, net unit cost, and tax values.

7. Submit the Transfer

Click Send to Transfer to finalize the transfer request.


Important Notes

Ensure the source warehouse has sufficient stock before initiating the transfer.

Transfers are recorded in the system for inventory tracking and audit purposes.

Approval may be required for inter-branch transfers, depending on user permissions.

Warnings

Incorrect warehouse selection may lead to stock mismatches.

Ensure the transferred quantity does not exceed the available stock to prevent errors.
