CloudMA ERP allows users to manage deleted bills efficiently. If a bill is accidentally removed, it can be restored or viewed from the Deleted Bill List. This guide explains the steps to view, restore, and delete bills in CloudMA ERP.

From the Dashboard, go to the Sale Module.
Click on Deleted Bill List to open the list of removed bills.
Use the search bar or date filter to locate a specific deleted bill.
The list will display key details such as Reference Number, Cashier Name, Customer Name, Sale Status, Payment Status, and Amount.
Locate the Action button in the row of the bill you want to manage.
Click the dropdown menu to see available options.
Click View to open the bill details.
This allows you to check the bill's transaction history, payment details, and customer information.
Click Restore to recover the bill.
The bill will move back to the All Sale/Billing List and will be available for further transactions.
If a bill needs to be removed permanently, use the delete function (if available in system settings).
Be cautious, as permanently deleted bills cannot be recovered.
Important Notes:
Only authorized users with the right permissions can restore or delete bills.
Restored bills will appear as they were before deletion.
Regularly check the Deleted Bill List to prevent accidental data loss.
