Gift cards can be created and assigned to customers in CloudMA ERP for various transactions. This guide explains how to add a new gift card.

Go to the Dashboard.
Navigate to the Sale Module.
Select Gift Card Module.
Click the + Add Gift Card button.
A pop-up window will appear with the required fields.
Card No: Click on Generate or enter a manual card number.
Amount: Enter the amount the gift card will hold.
User List: Check if the card is for a specific user.
Customer: Select the customer who will own the gift card.
Expired Date: Set an expiration date for the card.
Click Submit to save the gift card.
The card will now be added to the system and assigned to the selected customer.
Important Notes:
Gift cards can only be used within CloudMA ERP..
Expired gift cards cannot be redeemed.
