How to Manage Warehouses in CloudMA ERP

First, click on the CloudMA ERP menu. Then, find and click on 'System Settings'. From the System Settings dropdown, select 'Warehouse.

Managing warehouses in CloudMA ERP allows businesses to organize product storage efficiently. Follow the steps below to add, edit, or delete a warehouse.

1. Adding a New Warehouse

Step 1: Navigate to Settings > Warehouse.

Step 2: Click the "Add Warehouse" button.

Step 3: Enter the warehouse details such as name, phone number, address, and other relevant information.

Step 4: Click "Save" to create the new warehouse.

Note: If you see a message stating, "Please Upgrade Package to Create More Warehouses," you must upgrade your plan to add more warehouses.

2. Editing an Existing Warehouse

Step 1: Locate the warehouse you want to edit in the warehouse list.

Step 2: Click on the "Action" button next to the warehouse.

Step 3: Select "Edit" from the dropdown menu.

Step 4: Modify the warehouse details as needed.

Step 5: Click "Update" to save the changes.

3. Deleting a Warehouse

Step 1: Find the warehouse you want to remove.

Step 2: Click on the "Action" button and select "Delete".

Warning: Deleting a warehouse will remove all related stock and data permanently. Ensure you have backups before proceeding.

Step 3: Confirm the deletion when prompted.

Important Notes:

Warehouse management is only available for admin users.

If a warehouse contains products, deleting it will also remove stock details.

Upgrading to a higher package may be required to add additional warehouses.
