CloudMA ERP allows users to send SMS messages directly to customers. Follow these steps to send SMS notifications efficiently.
Step 1: Navigate to SMS Module in the CloudMA ERP dashboard.
Step 2: In the Mobile field, enter the recipient's phone number. You can enter multiple numbers separated by commas.
Note: The phone number format should be in international format, such as +94XXXXXXXXX.
Step 3: Type your message in the Message text box. Make sure it is clear and within the character limit.
Step 4: Click the "Send SMS" button to deliver the message.
Ensure the phone numbers are correct to avoid failed deliveries.
Some networks may have restrictions on bulk messaging.
Check your SMS credit balance before sending messages.
