On your CloudMA ERP dashboard, locate and click on the CloudMA POS button at the top navigation bar.
You can log in to CloudMA POS using a separate link
E.g : samplename.cloudma.app/cloudma
On the login page, enter your CloudMA Username in the designated field.
Type in your Password in the respective field.
(Optional) You can select the "Remember me" option to save your login credentials for future use.
Click on the "Log in to CloudMA POS" button to proceed.
The system will validate your credentials and redirect you to the next step.
After logging in, select the biller from the dropdown list.
Click the "Proceed to Next" button.
Choose the warehouse location from the dropdown menu.
Enter the amount of cash in hand that you have available.
Click the "Go to Billing Portal" button to complete the login process and start using CloudMA POS.
If you face any issues while logging in:
✅ Ensure that your username and password are correct.
✅ Check if your Caps Lock is on, as passwords are case-sensitive.
✅ If you forgot your password, use the password recovery option or contact ChiOX Support.
✅ Make sure your internet connection is stable.
